The Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania Resilience Network is a nested subsystem of the Pennsylvania Resilience System. These systems act as a clearinghouse for information related to community resiliency and serves as a mechanism for discussing strategies for improving health, wellbeing and prosperity of Lehigh Valley residents.
